Hi! I'm a full-time lecturer at the University of Cumbria (Brampton Road campus) and I'm looking for a room to rent in Carlisle from 1st September.

I'm in my early 30s, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time during the week and enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment. In my spare time I enjoy going to the cinema, reading, and jogging.

A double room (furnished or semi-furnished)
A friendly, clean, and well-maintained house or flat
Within reasonable distance of the Brampton Road campus and the train station, or with good transport links
A relaxed, considerate household

I'm happy to live with professionals or postgraduates, and I'm also comfortable living with pets.
