Looking for a room/flat to rent

I'm looking to live with people close enough in age to me, that know how to keep a tidy home- I don't mind a noisy roommate. I would prefer female or queer folks, but I'm not all too bothered about who I live with.

Im a very tidy and respectful roommate. I like to listen to music while I cook, shower, and while I clean. I also play some instruments fairly often (and sing pretty badly!) so you should definitely expect some level of noise from me, but I'll keep it to a minimum, and I've got no problems at all packing it in if you ask!
I'm also happy to hang out, or keep to myself depending on your preferences! :)

would love to get a decently sized room in a flat or house with WiFi, a washing machine, a double bed and a desk for studying. Ideally with good natural light, and a garden. an ensuite would be awesome too, but none of these are deal-breakers at all.
