Mature Student needs room

Hi,

I am looking for a room for my Masters, starting 2026.

I will be half in London, half in Lincoln during the week, as I still have employment in London. Exact days to be confirmed.

I also have a medium sized, short haired, exceptionally quiet dog who may need to come with me, likely only one visit a month (he will live with my partner in London, this is only for the odd occasion he's away), but permission is essential.

I am flexible on start date, the earliest I could start would be September, the latest I could start a tenancy is November 2026.

I am mature student so would prefer mature people, but not essential by any means. I still enjoy life, but perhaps not quite so frequently!!

Obviously I would prefer en suite, garden, parking, but I am open to suggestions.
