Looking For A Room

Hello,

I am a postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh currently studying towards a PhD in Organic Chemistry. I am looking for a room close to King's Building's in the Marchmont/Bruntsfield/Grange/Prestonfield area.

As a flatmate I like to spend time in shared areas reading or watching TV/films and like a chat with flatmates. I like to home cook but am very tidy especially in the kitchen and other shared spaces. I do drink but very rarely at home as I like a trip to the pub and I don't smoke.

I have a wide range of hobbies but especially like to be active. I do judo and play 5 aside regularly, and like to get out hiking around Scotland when I can. I enjoy reading Sci-fi and Fantasy series whenever I get the chance. I am a local to Edinburgh so have a good bit of local knowledge but would like to experience a new part of the city.

As I am a student I would prefer to share with other students for council tax reasons but would be willing to contribute to council tax for the right flat. My budget can go up to £700-725 a month.
