Looking for an awesome room or to buddy up

I’m looking to either team up with 1–2 like-minded people to rent a house together, or find a room in an existing shared household.

What matters most to me is living with people who are respectful, reliable, and easy to get along with. If joining an existing house, it’s important that current residents are properly vetted and share a similar mindset: considerate, tidy, and respectful of each other’s space and privacy.

A bit about me: I’m a friendly, professional person who’s clean and respectful. I keep a sensible balance between work and home life — easy-going and happy to be social when around, but also appreciate quiet time.
