Professional F35 looking for South Bristol place

Hello, I’m Alice.
I currently live just outside of Bristol and want/need to move further in for work and social life. Ideally looking somewhere near the Wells road so I can drive south for work daily. Currently lodging in a house with a lovely active retired couple who are now my second set of parents, and their lovely dog who I look after when they travel. Been here 1.5 years I’ll be sad to leave but it’s time.

Moving:
I can be flexible with the moving date, I’m in no rush at all so will wait for the right place and person to come up.
A second bathroom in the house would be a huge bonus for busy mornings rushing out the door.
I’d feel most comfortable sharing with just one other person, preferably female.

Daily life and routine:
My main lifestyle habits are excellent food and being active and healthy, but don’t judge me for my love of beans on toast.
As a housemate, I’m collaborative and comfortable setting boundaries. I like my own space as well as hanging out. You’ll find that I spend time reading, go out for a light social a couple nights a week, enjoy hobbies like weekly netball, and likely spend at least one day/night a week away so you’ll have the place to yourself a fair bit. I’ll have a fairly flexible schedule, with work being based in Wells and London, I can work from home sometimes and will make trips to the London office regularly.

What I bring:
I can cook! I’m a very clean person and also pretty handy and helpful so if anything needs doing to the house I can get hands on and save you/us some dollar. I have a car so can help out if you don’t. I love cats so that would be a bonus for me, or a small well behaved doggo. I’m also happy to chip in for a cleaner to do the communal areas on a fortnightly/monthly basis if we agree that makes life easier.

Items:
I have my own double mattress that ideally I can bring. If you can store yours away that would be ideal as when I move I’ll likely take mine with me. I don’t have any other furniture but happy for furnished or unfurnished. I have lots of kitchen utensils and items like a mixer if you’d like me to bring them, otherwise I can keep in storage no bother.

If you’re up for socialising I love a pint of cider, or a Guinness in the winter, or we could go grab a coffee and pastries one morning.
