I am a 28-year-old male, looking for a double-room in the centre of Manchester, ideally in the Ancoats/Northern Quarter side of town.
Currently working full-time in the property finance industry and work from home every now and then but typically travelling around the north of UK for most of the day in meetings and sometimes away for 2 days at a time.
I am outgoing and enjoy spending time out to see friends, but also looking to find someone/somewhere that gives another option in terms of staying in and having wholesome moments too.
Lived on my own for the last 12 months and tenancy coming to an end and is quite lonely so would be good if I got along well with my flatmate and it creates a new social branch in the city.
Can adjust my move-in date as I have friends and family who can assist in the interim if I need to wait or if I need to begin a new tenancy sooner than mine ends.
