Just Need a Room, Furnished, and Bill Included.

Hello everyone

I’m a professional nurse relocating to Edinburgh in September 2026 to take up a permanent position. I’m currently looking for a room or suitable accommodation in Edinburgh, preferably available from mid-September.

I’m particularly interested in accommodation within a reasonable commuting distance of EH4 2XU, with good access to public transport.

What I’m looking for:
Furnished room, preferably with an en-suite/private bathroom

Clean, safe and peaceful environment
Good access to public transport
Reasonable commuting distance to EH4 2XU

Short-term or long-term stay considered

Friendly and respectful household

I’m clean, responsible, respectful and easy-going, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I’m happy to consider a room in a shared flat/house or a self-contained studio, depending on availability and price.
