Room required for rent

I am relocating to the Colchester area from the new forest and looking for a room to rent on the outskirts of Colchester and will be working in Clacton. I would ideally be looking for a property where the landlord works away during the week as I enjoy my own space and am very respectful. I am waiting on my own property to rent however it could take a few months to find the right property. So if there are any landlords who are going to be away or have an empty property at present please get in touch. At present I am using Airbnb apartments which is becoming very expensive..
