Double Room to Rent

I’m a 28-year-old hospitality professional working flexible/FOh shifts at a luxurious place. I hold a Masters in Computer Science and currently on Job Hunt/Switch for this field. I am clean, tidy, and very considerate of shared spaces.

My routine revolves around long work shifts (9–12 hours), the gym, and training in martial arts (BJJ & Olympic wrestling).

I am looking for an independent, adult house share with a live out landlord (no family homes, please).

I value a quiet, peaceful home and love having my own privacy, but I am always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen.

Financial Stability
While my hours fluctuate due to shift work, I am highly financially responsible and back my rent with substantial personal savings. I am happy to show proof of funds or discuss paying a few months' rent upfront to secure the right place.

What I’m Looking for areas: Anywhere in London within a 30–45 min commute to Green Park / Piccadilly Circus.
Preferably areas that are based in North, Central or North East London.

Budget: £800 - £1,100 pcm (ideally including bills).
Room: Single/Double room (ideally furnished, en-suite preferred but not essential).
Move-in Date: 1st December 2026 or January 2027.
Tenancy: 12 months. (Flexible)
Household: Independent professionals/Students who respect each other's privacy.
House Vibe: Clean, relaxed, and mature, where occasional overnight guests/dates are fine.
