PhD student at Queen Mary, £500 pcm, January 2027

Hi, I'm a Mexican professional starting a PhD at Queen Mary University of London in January 2027, alongside working part-time. I'm looking for a room from around 31 December, though I'm flexible with dates either side of that.

My budget is up to £500 pcm including bills. I'm happy to provide proof of employment and income upfront

I commute to my office a couple of days a week and visit the university campus a few times a month. On the remaining weekdays and over the weekends, I'll mostly be at home writing my thesis quietly at a desk with headphones on.

I'm a tidy, considerate flatmate, non-smoker, no pets, with references available. Happy to jump on a video call to chat and introduce myself!
