24M Professional | Room Needed in East Manchester

Hi! I’m 24 and currently based in Southampton, but I’m relocating to Manchester due to a work transfer and am looking to find a room fairly urgently.

I’m a full-time working professional and will be working five days a week, so I’ll generally be out during the day. Outside work, I spend a lot of my time on personal projects, with the occasional gaming session, music, films, or just relaxing.

I’d describe myself as friendly, easy-going and fairly social, but I also really value privacy and personal space. I’m clean and tidy, and keeping shared spaces hygienic is genuinely important to me. I don’t smoke and I’m not a big party/nightlife person, so I’m ideally looking for a comfortable and respectful home rather than a party house.

What I’m looking for

* A furnished room, ideally double
* Manchester, preferably Openshaw, Gorton, Beswick, or surrounding areas
* Good transport links to the city centre
* Clean, respectful and friendly household
* Ideally available from next week
* Happy with a mixed-gender household
* Budget around £500-£650 pcm depending on what’s included
