Hi, I'm a postgraduate student coming to the UK to study at York St John University. I'm looking for a clean, furnished room in a shared apartment/house in Leeds.

My preferred areas are Burley, Holbeck, Headingley, Kirkstall, Hyde Park, or anywhere with easy access to Leeds city centre and good transport links to York.

My budget is around £350–£450 per month, preferably including bills. I'm looking for a friendly, clean and respectful household and would ideally like to live with other students or young professionals.
