My name is Amit. I am a 24-year-old working professional moving to London for full-time employment at a luxury hotel in Central London (Fitzrovia).
I recently completed my Master’s in Cyber Security at the University of Bristol and am looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to call home.

A Little About Me & My Routine:

Work Life: I work on a full-time, salaried contract at The Sanderson Hotel in the West End.
Because my shifts are during the evening/night, I am out of the house when most people are home, meaning zero bathroom queues in the morning and very low communal footprint!

At Home: I am tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep kitchens and bathrooms spotless after using them. I’m calm, non-smoking, have no pets, and enjoy a quiet, relaxing atmosphere to recharge.

Social Style: Happy to chat over tea or share a friendly conversation with housemates, but equally respectful of everyone’s personal downtime and privacy.

What I Am Looking For:

Move-in Date: Immediate / Flexible from 21–25 September.

Budget: Up to £750 – £850/month (bills included preferred).

Preferred Areas: East London (Leytonstone, Stratford, Leyton, Bethnal Green) or North London (Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters), close to the Central or Victoria lines / 24-hour bus routes.

Duration: 3 to 12 months (open to extending).

Financials & Verification Ready:

Verifiable UK employment contract & steady monthly salary (£27.7k+).

Full Right to Work and clean background documentation ready to share instantly.

One month's deposit + rent in advance ready to transfer upon signing.
