Looking for 1 person to buddy up

Hi, I'm a Master's student in Civil & Structural Engineering and I also work from home. I'm looking to buddy up with one or two other people (max) and rent a nice house or flat in Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool. I'll need to travel to my university in Leeds once a week, sometimes twice, so decent transport links there would help.

My budget is up to £600 per month, depending on the property, location and whether bills are included. Ideally, I'd like to share with people who have a similar budget so we can find a good-quality place together.

I'm clean, respectful, responsible and easy-going. I'd prefer to share with someone who's non-smoking, calm/easy-going but also fun and friendly to be around.
