Looking For Flatmate

Hey, I'm Max, a 25 year old from the South. I'm looking for a flatmate to buddy up with and rent a 2 bedroom place, ideally in the Deansgate, Spinningfields, or Media City area. My budget is pretty flexible, I'm just keen on getting a decent place with someone sociable and considerate!

My notice period is 2 months at my current place.

As a Housemate:
I'm really easy going as a housemate. Needing space or needing to be social comes in waves for everyone I believe so I'm not expecting one or the other 24/7, but I'd quite like to live with someone who I can be relaxed around when at home! I've lived in a few house/flat shares and gotten along with everyone I've lived with. I love a chat and a reason to hang out, which doesn't always mean talking (crashing on a sofa with comfort shows 100% still counts as hanging out). Until very recently I've always lived with either just girls or a mixed house, which I've always enjoyed, but I am happy to live with guys. I'm super tidy, handy around the house when things break (being an engineer and all).

Boundaries:
Sleep on a work night is the only thing I'm particularly precious about. I've had enough nights being kept up by loud housemates in my time renting up North. Doesn't bother me on weekends as long as it's reasonable.

A Little About Me:
I'm a very homely person. I grew up in the countryside so I'm a very much a nature person. I hike, climb, a bit of a mountaineer gym and even go to salsa classes on occasion. I read a fair bit, am a decent cook, I don't drink to get drunk much these days but I do love catching up over a pint. I get along with anyone and everyone and I guess I'd call myself a varied person by nature. I love trying new things and don't mind being bad at them as long as it's a good time. So if you have some cool hobbies I'll probably try them out if you're willing to introduce me!

Career wise, I am fully employed as a product design engineer. I work in Swinton, so I would prefer to live on the West side of Manchester (Deansgate, Spinning Fields, Media City sort of areas).

What I'm looking for:
Honestly I'm just looking for somewhere homely rather than cold and sterile. I'd love a gym nearby as I like to keep active. Parking would be nice but I don't have a car at the moment (living in Deansgate) so it's not vital.
