Looking For Flatmate

Hey, I'm Max, a 25 year old from the South. I'm looking for a flatmate to buddy up with and rent a 2 bedroom place, ideally in the Deansgate, Spinningfields, or Media City area. My budget is pretty flexible, I'm just keen on getting a decent place with someone sociable and considerate!

What I'm looking for:
Ideally I'd love to find a place with amenities (ie a gym, maybe an office space as I work from home on Fridays), but none of that is a requirement. Ensuit would be ideal too, but again it's really a nice to have. My budget is £1000 with bills, which is flexible up or down. Honestly, as for the apartment itself, somewhere homely would be nice.

If all is good, let's go for a coffee and have a chat to see how we get on. No hard feelings if we don't click as housemates, its all about finding the right fit. I am away in Kenya climbing a mountain from the 12th to the 26th of September.

A Little About Me:
I'm a very active outdoorsy person. I hike, climb both indoors and outdoors, a bit of a mountaineer, and I workout a lot. I read a fair bit, am a decent cook, and do like to get out into town for a drink, though I'm more a bar/pub guy than a club guy. I get along with pretty much anyone and everyone, and love a good chat to people I'll likely never meet again (it's like interactive people watching). I guess I'd call myself a varied person by nature, I love trying new things and don't mind being bad at them as long as it's a good time. So if you have some cool hobbies I'll probably try them out if you're willing to introduce me!

Career wise, I am fully employed as a product design engineer. I work in Swinton, so I would prefer to live on the West side of Manchester (Deansgate, Spinning Fields, Media City sort of areas).

As a Housemate:
I'm really easy going as a housemate. Friends and family staying over, pet sitting, needing your space for date nights and whatever is no problem. I've lived in a few house/flat shares and gotten along with everyone I've lived with. I love a chat and a reason to hang out, but everyone needs their space too. Until very recently I've always lived with either girls or a mixed house, but I don't have any preference either way. I'm super tidy, handy around the house when things break (being an engineer and all).

Sleep on a work night is the only thing I'm particularly precious about. I've had enough nights being kept up by loud housemates in my time renting up North. Doesn't bother me on weekends as long as it's reasonable.
