Professional Looking for Room

Hey, I’m Nicola - a self employed painter & decorator looking for a flat to rent around leith/ meadowbank/ restalrig/ porty/ willowbrae for 6 months - a year. I’m easy going and clean/ tidy. A big foodie so it would be cool to have a flat mate who would be up for cooking together sometimes or maybe grabbing a quick pint, but I’m respectful of other peoples space :)

I like being in nature, long walks, going to gigs and collecting vinyl

I have a small dog who may need to live with me part time but would arrange a dog walker for when I am at work. He’s 10 years old and is pretty content if he has a sunny spot to snooze in 😊

Looking to move around mid/ late October but can be flexible
