Easy-going guy looking for a room or buddy-up

I’m looking for a nice, calm place to live and I’m open to a few different options, whether that’s an existing house/flat share, buddying up with one person or a small group, or hearing directly from landlords who think they may have somewhere suitable.

I’m pretty laid back, clean, respectful and easy to live with. I like my own space and I’m quite happy keeping myself to myself, but I’d much rather live somewhere friendly where people can have a chat and feel comfortable around each other rather than it feeling like complete strangers sharing an address.

I’m not into the party-house lifestyle and would prefer somewhere relaxed, tidy and comfortable that could work longer term.

I’d probably be away a few days some weeks visiting family, so I wouldn’t necessarily be around the property constantly.

I do smoke at the moment, but never indoors and I’m completely respectful about going outside or away from the property.
