Looking for a clean, friendly home - 1st december

Hi! I’m Avantika, 26, from India and currently living in Maryland, London. I recently graduated with an LLM from Queen Mary University of London and currently work as a bartender at Market Halls.

My current tenancy is coming to an end, so I’m looking for a new place to call home from 1 December.

I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean, quiet and comfortable house/flat with friendly and respectful housemates. I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy having a chat or occasionally hanging out with housemates, but I also really value having my own space and a peaceful home to come back to after work.

What I’m looking for:

• Couple Friendly
• Furnished double room with good wardrobe/storage space
• Bills included
• Clean and well-maintained kitchen and bathroom
• Quiet and comfortable household
• Good transport connections
• Enough kitchen/storage space for cooking
• Ideally a house where everyone helps keep the communal areas clean

I’m not looking for a party house, but I’d love somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than just people sharing an address.
