I’m a Senior Data Engineer and property owner seeking clean, modern, furnished accommodation from mid-October.

I am currently between selling my existing property and purchasing my next home, so I require temporary accommodation during this transition.

I am strictly interested in properties located in Manchester, Salford Quays, or Liverpool. Please contact me only if your property is within one of these areas.

I initially require the accommodation for two to three months, although I am open to staying longer depending on the property and circumstances.

My preference is a self-contained property for my sole occupancy. Alternatively, I would consider sharing with only one other person, provided I have my own private bathroom. Parking for one vehicle would also be a nice-to-have (if available); otherwise, it is fine.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and earn a stable professional income. I am happy to provide identification, references, proof of income, and complete any required tenancy or affordability checks.
