Clean, respectful and fun young professional!

Hi, I'm Kai! Just putting the feelers out there 👀 I'm not planning to move until any date after 28th December so I know this is quite far in advance, but if this suits any of you forward planners then I'm looking for a place up to around £750/month including bills.

Happy for this to be a buddy-up situation or just into a spare room. I work in the city centre 3 days a week, 2 remotely, and don't mind commuting into town but would definitely want to live somewhere walkable - I'm coming from a middle-of-nowhere town so would love to be able to head to the pub, shops, restaurant etc. without a 30 minute walk!

A bit about me - I'm 20, working in PR for a TV company and would be more inclined toward a social house where we can hang out & get on with each other, but also have our own space. I wouldn't want it to be like we're strangers who happen to share a kitchen 🥲.

I'm not too much of a party animal and I'm very respectful of the house, common areas/cleaning, quietness at night, etc. but do enjoy the odd trip to the pub or night out or two! My interests are travel ✈️ (currently writing this from a hostel bed in Vietnam), as well as music, doing stuff with friends pretty often, a good hike , and when I get back I think I better get back to the gym 😶

I appreciate we're a ways off yet from that date around the New Year but the early bird gets the worm! I'll of course continue looking on SpareRoom etc., but let me know if you think you have something suitable! ❤️
