Hi, I'm Shri, IT professional relocating from Belfast to the Birmingham area. I'm looking for a room in a friendly, well-kept house share, ideally in Birmingham area, from the 1st of November 2026.
I work from home Monday to Friday, so reliable Wi-Fi is essential for me, and a room with space for a desk would be ideal (I've my own chair). I also have a car, so parking (off-street or easy on-street) is important.
About me: I'm tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I'm a non-smoker with no pets, and I'm happy to pitch in with keeping the kitchen and common areas clean. I get on well with people but also respect everyone's privacy and routines. I'm happy to provide references and pass credit checks.
My budget is up to £450 pcm, ideally with bills included. As I'm currently in Smethwick, a viewing to start with would be really helpful.
