Considerate Professional Looking for Room

I'm quiet, neat, clean, patient, and I pride myself on being considerate of others. I'll likely be out of the house or keeping to myself most of the time, but I am friendly, always willing to lend a hand, and have many interests so I'm always eager to join a conversation.

I don't need much space, but I greatly value my privacy and extend that same courtesy to others. At the end of the day, I seek to leave any space I'm in slightly better than the way I found it, and my ideal flatmate would do the same.
