Looking for a share flat in exeter

Hi, i am looking for a place to rent moving out of supported accommodation to a flat share. i must let you know part of the rent would be paid in housing benefit money, you dont need to do anything i will get paid to my bank account and you will receive it as just a regular payment, but i would like to let you know in advance so thats clear and dandy to know.

i would like to live in exeter and i could live with mostly anyone really if we can just respect eachother and get along i dont mind anyone really.

i do have a preference which would be all bills included in the maximum 800 pound rent a month preference. my preference is between 500 - 800 pounds a month. i gladly accept anything between 500 and 800 pounds a month, but id rather pay around 600, i am on a bit of a tight budget.
