Looking for a Self-Contained 1-Bed Flat or Large S

I am looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to call home. For me, cleanliness and a peaceful atmosphere are the most important things.

Ideally, I would like a self-contained one-bedroom flat or a spacious studio with a private kitchen and bathroom. However, I am also very happy to consider a good-quality shared home with friendly, respectful and tidy housemates.

If sharing, I would prefer a comfortable home with a living or dining area where housemates can occasionally sit, eat or have a coffee together. I enjoy friendly company and conversation, but I also fully respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I am a mature, friendly, respectful and easy-going person. I believe that whoever shares a home with me will find me considerate, tidy and pleasant to live with. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds.

I speak Arabic, Bulgarian and Serbian. I also understand some Ukrainian and speak a little English and Russian, so I am very comfortable in an international household.

Due to mobility difficulties, easy access is important to me. I am particularly interested in a ground-floor property or a building with a suitable lift and as few stairs as possible.

I am flexible about location and can consider different areas of London and surrounding areas. I receive Universal Credit including LCWRA and I am working with my local council regarding housing assistance, which may include help with the deposit and rent in advance, subject to approval.
