26, professional male | Double room wanted

Recently graduated from Lincoln Uni after studying Sound & Music Production, and I’m looking to move to Manchester to start my career in live sound and meet some new people.

I’m currently working part-time as a mechanic while I make the move and get myself established in Manchester, so I’m flexible with moving dates.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and fairly chilled house/house mate. I’m sociable and enjoy going to the pub, going out at weekends and doing things with people, but I’m also more than happy having a quiet night in.

A bit about me: I’m at the gym regularly, play bass guitar (through headphones so no noisy amp!), enjoy hiking and generally keeping active. When I’m not doing that I’m usually watching a TV series, gaming or just relaxing.

I’ve lived by myself in a studio apartment for the last 3 years, so I’m used to looking after a place, keeping things clean and cooking for myself.

Budget up to £850 pcm. Ideally looking for somewhere with people around my age who are sociable but also respect each other’s space. Ive also just secured a job in Manchester and start on 2nd November so ideally looking to move asap.
