PhD student for flat share

Hi!

I'm a soon to be PhD student at the University of Strathclyde. I'd l'd like to pay £500-600pcm if the property is outstanding. Prefer a location in West End or Southside.

A bit about myself:

I'm definitely a social person, I enjoy having a pint down at the pub, playing board games, going to the park, hikes, Rugby, and overall spending time with friends. I'd go down the pub most weeks to chat with friends.

But I'm someone who needs to recharge their social battery from time to time and I'm not a mega party person (I like things quiet by 11 pm). Normally I recharge through reading a lot about History and other non-fiction books and value a laid back atmosphere in the flat.

For my new flat/house mates:

I hope we can socialise, share our common space and not end up like many flats where people isolate themselves in their rooms!

I'm a clean person and like to keep things tidy as I go. I'd prefer to keep the home as a relaxed atmosphere over a party one but not opposed to having a few drinks etc. I value respect for other people's privacy and ultimately hope we can be friends as well as flatmates.

My girlfriend will come up every month for a few days to a week. So if this is a problem let me know.
