Looking for a room

Hi, my name is Emily and I'm an international student at the University of Hertfordshire. I've just arrived and currently searching for accommodation close to campus, as I'm still finding my way around and would love to be within easy reach of my classes. I understand my budget is a little below average for the area, but this is genuinely what I can afford right now as an international student living on my own for the first time. I would be so grateful for the chance to discuss options, even if it doesn't perfectly match your usual listing.

I want to assure you that I'm a responsible, clean and respectful tenant. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I take good care of where I live and would treat your property with the same care I'd want for my own home. If you have anything available, or know of somewhere that might work, I'd really appreciate hearing from you. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
