Hiya! I am a 26-year-old corporate professional moving this October. I am looking for a third organised and easygoing professional to join a buddy-up group to secure a modern, high-end 3-bedroom apartment.

The goal is to pool our budgets to lease a spacious, top-tier property that offers a comfortable, social, and relaxed home environment, while fully respecting everyone's private downtime and space.

We are targeting modern, fully furnished 3-bedroom developments that offer exceptional building amenities bundled directly into the rent package. The layouts are excellent and offer a great sense of individual bathroom privacy.

Smokers are completely fine as long as it’s kept outdoors.

The targeted budget split is around £800 - £900 a month per person (with rent and bills combined).
