Room Wanted — Tidy, Quiet Student, Long-Term

Hi there,

My name's Mohammed Kouzer, and I'm looking for a long-term room in a quiet, well-kept home. A bit about me:

- Originally from South India, grew up in the Middle East, currently based in London
- Finishing an MA in Game Development at Kingston University
- By profession i am video game designer, so my routine is calm and desk-based, not noisy or disruptive
- Don't drink or smoke
- Love to cook and always leave the kitchen clean afterwards
- Naturally tidy, and clean up after myself in all shared spaces
- Respectful of others' space and routines, so visitors are rare
- Looking for somewhere quiet and stable to settle into for the long term

If you think I'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear more about the property and arrange a viewing. Thanks for reading, and I look forward to hearing from you.
