Young Professional seeking room/flat with flatmate

Hi all,
I moved to Bournemouth earlier this year via lodging and I have recently been given notice that I will need to find another accommodation around the end of the year. Preferably I would like to find somewhere not too far from Bournemouth Airport (Ferndown, Kinson, Hurn, Moordown, Castlepoint, etc.) so I can get to work easily. I am an engineer by trade so I am able to help fix some things. I also have recently purchased a car so I will need some form of car parking arrangement.
Roomwise, I am happy with pretty much anything that's got running water, electricity & a roof over my head. I would like enough room so can have a desk for my gaming PC. I am quite chatty but I usually spend most times out of the house tbh as I am an active person (playing rugby, going to the gym or doing car stuff usually). I do tend to go away, either home (Winchester) or to visit friends, once or twice a month. I love animals so pets are more than welcome too.
