Description
Hi, I’m a 26 year old friendly, clean and respectful woman looking for a room in Brighton or nearby.
I need to move because the house I’m currently living in is being sold. I have a good rental history and have always paid my rent on time.
I’m looking for a comfortable and stable home with bills included. My maximum budget is £650 per month including bills.
I’m looking to move in January and can provide a landlord reference and proof of my financial circumstances if required.
