House share with space to WFH in south/east/SE

* Not looking for buddy ups* I'm Welsh and recently back in London after escaping to the countryside for a couple of years. Sadly my sublet situation in Stoke Newington is coming to an end 5th November so would be keen to move before the end of October. My budget would need to include some/ all bills.

A bit more about me: I am 32, I work remotely 4 days a week for a charity (I produce stories on their health and disability rights work) and I'm also an artist. I have fairly busy social life on evenings / weekends and sometimes like to head out to a cafe to work in the day. It's not unusual for me to be away for a week a few times a year, either back home or travelling with work. I am clean and tidy and have been told I'm easy to get on with. Looking for a no drama, laid back household with clear communication, likeminded people would be a bonus. Average week for me involves cooking, walks, dinner and a night out, some creative side project.

Sadly too allergic to cats and dogs for sharing with them!
