30M academic seeking short stay room

Hi! I'm Tom, I've just started a job at the University of York as a researcher - I currently live in Norfolk, so am looking for a place to stay in York or the surrounding area for a few days at a time, roughly once per month.

My needs are few - essentially just looking for a space to sleep during the week. I will generally come up to York early Monday morning and leave after work on Friday, so would be looking for 4 nights at a time. I would be heading to work on campus early every day, so I'd be out most of the time. I have a car so can potentially stay anywhere within 30-40 minutes drive of the University with no issues.

I'm a quiet person and will keep to myself, though I would also be open to socialising! I'm exceptionally clean and always tidy up after myself.

I love spending time outdoors - running, rock climbing, and hiking. I'm very into music, I play the piano and could chat for hours about my favourite tracks. I'm also vegetarian.
