Italian research fellow looking for a room

Hi! I’m Susanna, 30, and I’m moving to London to start a Research Fellow position in Statistical Methodology at UCL.

I’m looking for a double room in a friendly, clean and relaxed flat/house share, ideally with no more than 2–3 other people. I’d like somewhere that feels like a home rather than just people sharing a kitchen — happy to chat, have dinner or a drink together occasionally, while also respecting everyone’s own space.

I’ll be working around Holborn/Bloomsbury and usually going into the office 2-3 days a week, so I’m mainly looking in areas with a convenient commute, ideally around 30 minutes or less by public transport or bike.

I’m tidy, considerate and fairly quiet at home. Outside work I enjoy music, singing/choir, reading, travelling and exploring London.

My budget is ideally up to around £1,300–£1,400 pcm including bills, depending on the room and location. I’m looking for a long-term place and can provide proof of employment and a guarantor if needed.

Feel free to message me if you think I might be a good fit for your flat!
