29M Software Developer | £650 pcm | Available imme

Hi, I’m Dion, 29, and I’m moving to London to start a new role in software development. I’m currently based in the North and am looking for a room from now onwards.

My budget is up to £650 per calendar month, and I’m available to move in immediately. I’m fairly flexible on location as long as there are reasonable transport links into London.

I’m naturally quite relaxed and easy-going, and I’m considerate of the people I live with. I respect other people’s space and privacy, and if there’s ever an issue or something that needs changing, I’m very open to being told and tend to adjust quickly. I’m also happy to do my share of the housework and keep communal spaces tidy. I grew up with dogs, so I’m comfortable living with pets.

Outside of work, I’m into games, art and generally making things. I enjoy painting little models and working on various creative or practical projects.

I’m not necessarily looking for a long-term arrangement. My new role starts with a nine-week training period, after which I’ll be placed into a work environment, so my location and commute may change. I’m therefore happy to consider shorter-term arrangements as well as something longer if it works out.
