Double Room with Private Bathroom – Near Salford Quays

I’m currently living in a lovely two-bedroom apartment near Salford Quays and looking for someone to move in, as my current roommate is moving out.

About the room:

* Spacious bedroom with 4 decent-sized wardrobes, so plenty of storage
* Private bathroom
* Fully furnished apartment with a shared kitchen and living space
* Wi-Fi included in the rent
* Rent: £710/month
* Water & electricity: approximately £100–£150/month
* Council tax: approximately £80–£100/month (Band C)
* Tram links are only around 2 minutes’ walk away
* Building has a gym and communal facilities
* Car parking is available at an additional cost

A little about me:
I’m 25 and a full-time working professional. I’m quite independent and generally like to keep to myself, but I’m definitely up for the occasional chat, cooking together or sharing a meal. I’m very clean and tidy and considerate of shared spaces, so I’m looking for someone who is similar and wants a comfortable, respectful home.

The room is available from early January, although I may be able to make it available from December depending on arrangements.

I’m also open to buddying up with someone to look for a new apartment together. I really like my current building, so I’d be happy to look at another apartment here for a bit of a change of scenery. The rent would likely be around £10–£30 more per person, depending on the apartment.
