Hi there! I’m looking for a lovely room in a clean, comfortable and friendly home from around January 2027.

My budget is up to around £1,300 pcm plus reasonable bills, depending on the property.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and I’m looking for a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. I’m independent and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also pretty friendly and sociable and would be very happy to have a chat, share a meal or occasionally have a drink together.

I generally have a fairly calm lifestyle. I work full-time in a senior professional role - in office mostly 3 days a week so during the week I’m usually working and then like to relax at home or go out and see friends. I enjoy travelling, festivals, trying new restaurants & when I’m at home a good series binge!

I’m looking for a household where everyone is respectful of each other’s space and keeps the home clean and comfortable. Ideally I’d like a double room, preferably with good storage and access to a nice communal space.

I’m financially secure and can provide employment and previous landlord references and the usual documents required for referencing.
