I’m looking for an affordable single room in a clean and friendly shared house/flat, ideally around SO14, SO15, St Mary’s, Bevois Valley, Shirley or within a reasonable distance of Solent University.
My budget is around £350–£400 per month, preferably with bills included. I’m happy to live with other students or young professionals.
I’m friendly, respectful and easy-going. I keep shared areas clean, respect other people’s privacy and prefer a calm and comfortable home. I’m also happy to socialise with flatmates occasionally.
