Two friends looking to buddy up in Portsmouth

Hi! We are two friends currently hunting for a 3 bedroom flat in Portsmouth and looking for a 3rd person to join us (total budget up to £1600 for the full rent. About £600 each).
We're both queer and neurodivergent (Kit: nb 27, and Luci: genderfluid 24), so we're an LGBTQ friendly household.
We are both disabled and work from home, but know how to give everyone the space they need. This also means we're not looking for someone who likes to party, as we're interested in keeping the house quiet and peaceful. But we're also not opposed to hanging out together!
We also come with a super friendly cat.
Neither of us are but we are vegan/vegetarian friendly.

Ideally we're looking for someone who is:
Looking for a medium/small room (Kit is willing to pay more for the bigger room as they work in content creation, they need a bigger room for their workspace. We are however looking for at least 3 double rooms, so be assured it's not going to be a shoebox situation.)
LGBTQ friendly.
Non-smoker.
SW friendly.
Cat friendly.
And is looking for a calm, chill house.
