Hi! I’m Frances, 22, and I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share a nice modern flat around Deansgate / Manchester city centre.

I’m moving to Manchester for work and would love to live with someone I can genuinely get along with - I’m really into the gym and fitness, love going out for food or drinks, exploring new places, and equally love a chilled evening at home.

I’m pretty easy-going, clean and respectful, and I definitely value having a home that feels calm and comfortable. I’m sociable and would love a flatmate who’s up for the occasional dinner, drink, coffee or little outing together, but I also really value my own space and would completely respect yours too.

Ideally I’m looking for another girl around similar age who’s friendly, considerate, tidy and wants a nice balance between having our own lives and actually being mates. I’m not looking for a massive party flat, but I’m definitely not against having people over or going out either!

Location-wise I’m mainly looking around Deansgate (so I’m close to work) and the surrounding city-centre areas and Salford, and I’d love somewhere modern, homely and somewhere we’re both genuinely excited to live.
