- Double room wanted
Total budget: £600 pcm
Description
My brother and I are looking for a furnished double room to rent.
About us:
We are two respectful, clean, and quiet guys who value a peaceful and tidy home environment.
We respect house rules, privacy, and keep shared spaces clean.
What we are looking for:
Furnished double room suitable for two people (2 separate beds or 1 double doesn't matter for us).
Availability of parking for one car (on-drive or on-street parking).
Location: Lancashire or nearby surrounding towns.
Payment & Security:
To make the tenancy completely simple, smooth, and secure for the landlord, we are fully prepared to pay several months of rent in advance upon signing the agreement, along with the required deposit.
If you have a suitable room available or any questions, please feel free to message us here or get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you!
