Quiet creative queer/ensuite in Leeds please!

Hey, I'm Ruan.

I'm trans, I'm disabled, and while I think the "30% of your income for rent" rubric is wildly inaccurate, if we use it then I can afford £600 a month, before bills (though inclusive would be delightful).

I'm looking for a double room with en suite (or for the house to have at least one full bathroom per every two people) anywhere Leeds LS1-9, or potentially Shipley if it's within easy walking distance of the train station. Good transport links, preferably some green space nearby.

I highly value cleanliness, and am happy to work to a rota, chip in for a cleaner, or fit in with whatever the house has already devised to ensure there's no mould in the fridge!

I don't have pets (yet), but do love them. I don't smoke and would prefer a house that at least doesn't smoke indoors. Queer friendly, kink friendly.

I'm creative, importantly I love to sing, so while of course I'm happy to be quiet around other people sleeping or working from home, I'd love a household that also enjoyed music. Not looking for a party house though, socialising is a thing I go out for and then come home for some peace 😂

Mostly, I have no intention of getting in anyone's way. Housemates becoming friends is a bonus, and I'll always be welcoming to anyone around! But primarily I'm looking for privacy and independence while living in Leeds 🌺

(technically, I'm likely to be out on the weekends, so there Could be room for a partial room share there. I really value my own space though and I have a lot of art supplies and books to store so it would have to be the perfect house and perfect roommate for me to consider it)
