Considering a move asap if right place appears!

Hi prospective landlord or housemate,

I hope you are well!
I am a first year PhD student and am looking to move asap(ish) early November would be ideal due to academic demands.

My present living situation … difficult to expand upon here- we could say it is not as advertised and is far from ideal.

I hope you don’t think that due to this I’m some weirdo etc. I am personable, tidy, clean in kitchen, bad with limscale cleaning but good at the rest!

I llove music of ALL genres and have a record player and have a decent collection of cassette tapes/vinyl

It would be a joy to find some really cool housemates as I have found my first month here a little damn isolating and lonely due to living situ. I love going out to any decent live music (techno to folk to jazz) and am open to exploring new things and visiting art galleries- whatever you name it.

Work wise during the day (sometimes I lock in at night as it’s mostly quieter)

I need to be in the zone. Dont mind a bit of noise during the day- normal stuff- I can’t real deal with dubstep through the wall, that said I also at times play music too loud- just tell me “good sir kindly stfu” and of course I will.

I have very liberal views. I consider myself exceptionally open to people with differing views, concepts, culture and ideals.

Basically I’m think I’m mostly pretty chill, like a clean kitchen hope that’s ok! And am pretty tolerant, with one exception. Any disagreements one has I like to civilly reconcile the differences diplomatically and maturely with a conversation.

I am quite private when it comes to my room (being neurodivergent it is my little cabin of solitude, however you are always welcome to knock and say hi or come in to talk etc)
My only wish for that to be respected. I have a situ at present sadly: Where fellow tenants root through my possessions and at times steal things. It’s really sad for me and distracting and I hope you can understand I have tried to communicate and to forgive as best I can before raising it further as it continues. Not ideal!

Long message but yeah- love music, poetry (spoken word), painting (abstract is my jam) and people. Really interested in all world religions too.

I feel this is a pretty accurate summation.
