38 year old female professional - Arty & Happy

I am looking for 1/2 bed accommodation, shared properties or not. Prefer a room with ensuite and kitchenette but not necessary if the room is particularly spacious and well-maintained (do require space to create my art work). I am happy to live with anyone of any age, as long as they are relatively mature about their housemate etiquette. I am certainly not glum but I do like some peace and relative organisation.

I am looking to pay no more than £800 pcm fully/part furnished with bills included, in a 1 bed shared property.
And no more than £800 pcm for a 1/2 bed property not shared.

I am a part-time freelance Artist (Kathaz ART) and qualified Art Teacher, and I am currently looking for part-time work within Education as well. However, for the below reasons I am also in receipt of benefits, including Universal Credit (with Housing and Disability Element) and PIP. In total I am earning in excess of £25,000 per annum after tax.

Last year (2025) I was diagnosed with Bipolar II, I am receiving regular therapy and medication, so feel more than ready to live on my own (or with some new housemates) again.

I have an 18 year old son who will come to visit or stay on occasion, but he is an absolute gent and decent craic.

I am a happy, conscientious, creative, patient, silly, loyal, honest, kind and extremely motherly person.
I enjoy art; painting, drawing, clay work, photography, jewellery and interior design.
I love walking (or marching if I'm listening to a decent tune), dancing, singing, socialising, cooking, eating (obviously), alone-time, reading, playing basketball and hiking - the Lakes are my heart <3
