28, looking for a social, respectful flatshare

Hi! I’m Alex (Alexandra), I’m 28, and I’ve recently moved to Glasgow from Canada. I’m looking for a furnished room in a flatshare with 1–2 (or more if it’s a good fit!) other female working professionals around a similar age who are like-minded and looking for a friendly but respectful home. I’m looking to move from late October/early November, but I’m flexible on the exact date. My budget is £800 with bills included.

A bit about me. I graduated with a degree in Criminology and Community Justice services, but more recently have been working in administration. I’m quite active and enjoy Pilates, going to the gym, and the occasional jog. Outside of that, I enjoy reading, travelling, cooking healthy meals and generally keeping busy and taking care of myself.

I’m quiet, very clean and considerate, and I value having my own downtime and personal space. At the same time, I’d love to live with people I can be friendly with and are up for a chat, night out, meal together or just hanging out at home, basically a good balance between sociable and giving each other space!

I’ve moved without furniture, so I’m looking for a fully furnished room. I’m fully financially prepared to get settled quickly.

I’m hoping for a flat share in or near the West End, but I’m open to different areas of Glasgow, particularly areas with good transport links, and I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep!
