Looking for a nice and clean home for P&Q

Hello :)
I'm needing a room for the autumn and winter, possibly longer term.

A bit about me and what I'm looking for-
I've lived in various places, both Europe and UK, have been a student in Manchester and Sheffield and done all sorts of gigs (currently coming back from a bunch of workaways in Europe). On my journey I've met some amazing people...I'm very open and see the best in lots of people (so long as you're not spouting far right politics or a climate change denier). Love the outdoors, possibly a little too much as to my detriment have caught Lyme disease. In recovery and it's been a journey, but I'm getting there. For that reason I'm looking for peace and quiet, no drama, clean house (with absolutely no mold -thats important to me !) and a respectful housemate or two. I'm 25 but have a lot of life experience. I'm a very happy person and can level with most people on any topic /vibe really. I'm a do person and love a challenge / side quest. Ambivert. Big fan of dogs/animals in general.

I'm mostly interested in Heely, Meersbrook, woodseats, nether edge, sharrow lane area. Broomhall/broomhill area could also work and I'd maybe consider in town depending on the house.
Bonus points if the house has big windows and a S facing aspect. My budget is relatively high as I really do want a well-furnished, high quality home. 750 all incl. is the max I'd be happy to pay.
