Looking for a bright room

Looking for a room to downsize and save money! I work part time in Psychology (learning disabilities) currently and I just started post grad study in Wildlife and Conservation Management. I also volunteer in a local nature reserve and I'm outdoors as much as possible, walking, running or looking at bugs or plants.
Looking for a spacious room with a nice window view and space for yoga and exercise (Unfurnished would be absolutely perfect as I prefer a minimalist environment, but I know this is not always easy to find!).
I'm house proud, easy going, introvert and enjoy healthy and sustainable living.
Must haves: Natural light, LGBTQ friendly, enviromemntly friendly, open mind.
Deal breakers: noise, clutter, unhealthy living.
Drop me a message if you have any questions! :)
