In search of a double room

My landlord has recently let us know that he wants to take back the house so I'm in need of a new place to call home. I've done the whole barely know your housemates thing and it very quickly became a lonely place to be, so I would really like where I live to be a place where I am comfortable with the people I live with, and enjoy spending time with them whilst keeping the balance of living our own lives.

I like to read, cook, go for walks, curl up with a good TV show/film and try my hand at anything creative such as drawing, writing and crochet. I'm a pretty laid-back and easygoing person, and like for my home to be a place where I can unwind. Having said that, I'm definitely down for the occasional shared meal or movie night with my housemates. I value a clean house where we all take responsibility for cleaning up after ourselves.

I'm looking for a good sized double room with lots of natural light. Ideally unfurnished (or only coming with a bed and desk) as I already own furniture from my current place. I want to hold on to as much of my stuff as possible, so if the room is furnished and there's a possibility to get rid of some of the existing furniture that could be an option too. I'm open to living with an indoor cat if you have one. Looking for an LGBTQ friendly household.

I have until the end of February to move out but if the right room comes along I'm willing to move sooner.

I'm looking to live with 1 or 2 other people or 3 people max if there are 2 bathrooms.

My budget is £750 including bills.
