Description
Two friends, both Master’s students in the UK, looking for a room to share for a long-term stay of minimum 9 months. We are looking for a clean, comfortable and homely place that we can genuinely call our home.
We would prefer a room with two single beds or one double bed, with wardrobe/storage space for both of us. An en-suite bathroom is preferred, but a shared/common bathroom is also completely fine.
Gender is not an issue for us. We are flexible and mainly looking for a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place where we can stay long term.
We prefer all bills to be included in the rent, including electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and council tax, along with general maintenance. We are looking for a straightforward arrangement with no unexpected extra costs.
We are responsible, respectful and tidy, and would like to find a place where we can feel comfortable and at home.
